SHOWS IN LAS VEGAS

One of the long running shows in Las Vegas is KA at the MGM Grand. This Cirque Du Soleil show is one of the few shows that actually has a tangible story that can be followed. This is an expensive show to see as tickets can sometimes be more than $100 and it cost $165 million dollars to bring KA to Las Vegas at th MGM Grand.

KA takes place on rotating platforms and their is the usual flair of any Cirque Du Soleil show but this time it is taken to a new level. The acrobatics is superb an the sets, locations, and characters are all unforgettable. This is a complete production that you can only see in a town such as Las Vegas.

The story is about two twins who attempt to reconnect after being separated at birth and their journey takes you through sandy beaches and green forests of extreme beauty. The costumes, platforms, lighting, and set make this prodution top of the line and one of the most recommended Cirque Du Soleil shows in Las Vegas.

The twists and turns in the story make this show stand out from all the other Cirque shows as you get the same acrobatics on the ground and in the air as the other ones but you get a more complete and rounded prodution.

If you are looking for the Las Vegas show schedule to see when Donnie and Marie are performing at the Flamingo, you are in luck. They will be in Vegas most of the time from July through September 2009. They will take a week off here and there but if you are going to Las Vegas and want to see Donnie and Marie this summer, it is a great time to catch them.

This is one of those nostalgic shows in Las Vegas for Baby Boomers and it is the first time the brother and sister act are in Vegas since 1979. Their shows are from the heart and they perform like the stars of the past.

There will be lots of dancing, singing, a world class band, and lots of costumes. Special effects will compliment the showmanship and charisma that only Donnie and Marie have. These two have been performing together most of their lives and this summer is your chance to see a show that will bring a smile to your face as you relive a lot of memories.

One of the long standing shows in Las Vegas is Cirque De Soleil’s O. Now it is at the Bellagio which is the classiest hotel / casino on the strip and one of the most expensive.

The show “O” is about water and much of the show involves water in some way. Interestingly, the Bellagio’s other main attraction is the huge fountain display in front of the hotel that turns into a musical water show every 15 minutes. Now their indoor show is about water as well!

The O show is one of the best of the Cirque De Soleil shows and one of the most uniquely stunning. This is a production that you are going to see no where else but Las Vegas because of the stage involved. This is a show that can’t be taken on the road.

O is more of a traditional Cirque De Soleil show with much emphasis on acrobats and ballet. It has the circus feel that this company originally gained fame for and built it’s name on. If you are only going to see one of the shows in Las Vegas, this one should be right their at the top of your list. You can see comedians, entertainers, and singers in any city of the United States. But you can only see a water/acrobats/ ballet show in one place and that is “O” at the Bellagio in Vegas.
