It is important to learn as much as possible about each brand to determine which type of clarinet will best fit your playing needs and goals. Some of the most popular clarinet brands are Yamaha, Bundy, and Buffet. Many of these clarinets range in price, so it’s important to find the best clarinet for ones price range.

Yamaha clarinets are widely thought of as being the most popular brand of clarinet around. Roland Electronic Drums Brought Our Show To Life

After a few years of performing with a live drummer, we found that there was some fine tuning needed to make the sound stand out amongst the other artists that graced the stage. In order to make it more than just a gimmicky addition to the live act, we were determined to work out the kinks for our live show. Frequency 528 was known for having a live drummer on stage at a number of shows, and Roland electric drum set really helped get our stage act into a manageable, yet portable arrangement.

Since last year, Frequency 528 has been using Roland’s V-Drum series for performance needs. Our drummer Rick Smith made the switch over after a list of issues that arose from traveling with other makes and models. What it allows us to do is add the dynamics and presence of a traditional live musician, without having to struggle to find room to setup and mess of troublesome sound checks at the last minute. We needed a reliable solution for having a constant and sometimes grueling process for full integration into the digital backing music for which the drums would follow. With the V-Drum series, we were didn’t have to sacrifice sound quality or durability like we used to. There were hundreds of studio quality drum kits that included such classics as the TR-808(which we adore), and TR-909, and many others. All are of pristine sample quality, not like some of the others we messed with. On top of the rich sound in the sound module, we also benefit from full midi implementation that the module offers.

Frequency 528 has to travel very lightly, and needed our drums to be able to collapse in to a very compact space. We have enough gear to lug around like analog synths, computers, etc. So, it only made sense to go with the Roland electric drums. Before it was a nightmare trying to get everything to break down in to a manageable size for the road.

Since choosing Roland for our electronic drums needs, we have had no complaints or mishaps while performing a demanding performance.
